A National Treasure of China, Panda of the World
The panda is China’s national treasure and one of the world’s most precious animals. With its adorable and clumsy appearance, pandas have won the hearts of people across the globe, becoming a bridge of friendship and connection between China and other nations. As ambassadors of goodwill, pandas have brought joy to people worldwide, continuously sharing China’s message of peace and friendliness. At the same time, they embody the Chinese philosophy of revering nature, respecting life, and promoting harmonious coexistence between humans and nature.
This project is centred around four themes: “Tracing Panda Culture,” “Exploring the Panda’s Homeland,” “Appreciating Panda Art,” and “Building a Panda Paradise Together.” It consists of four short videos, each 3-5 minutes long, with narration in both Chinese and English. Bilingual subtitles have been produced in Chinese, English, French, Spanish, Arabic, Russian, German, Japanese, and Korean. The project also includes horizontal and vertical Chinese-English posters and promotional trailers. Through virtual panda viewing, the project aims to bring pandas’ greetings to people worldwide, showcasing China’s ecological development outlook and its proactive efforts in protecting nature, wildlife, and global biodiversity. It also conveys the Chinese people’s willingness to live in harmony with all nations and to promote the peaceful development of a shared future for humanity.
